Keyword "Profitability"

Anyone doing PPC for more than a day knows that keyword research is one of the fundamentals of the game. Focusing on the “wrong” keywords will cost you money, lower your CTR (Click-Through Rate), and bring down the Quality Score of your whole campaign.

Knowing which keywords are profitable and which aren't mean the difference between making money, and losing money, plain and simple.

A new post on Improve Your Internet Marketing talks about an easy way to 'test' the viability of your keywords - before spending your money on 'bad' clicks!

According to the post, one of the ‘tried & true’ methods for testing keyword profitability is to ’spy’ on PPC ads. The rational is that anyone advertising on a given keyword consistently is probably making money. After all, no one is going to pay indefinitely for PPC ads on a keyword that isn’t making them money, right?

While this technique is quite effective, it is extremely time-consuming. In order for your data to be meaningful, you have to track ads over time, usually at least 2 weeks to a month.

This technique uses Spyfu (http://www.spyfu.com) to 'leapfrog' the time you would have to wait using traditional ad-spying programs.

I've used this method myself, and I can tell you it not only saves time, but it works! But don't take my word for it... :)

I know I've mentioned this many times, but if you're serious about Pay Per Click, you simply MUST consider SpeedPPC - and with an EXCLUSIVE $100 DISCOUNT!

In it's newest version, SpeedPPC Version 3, you can now apply it's magic across more search engines, automate ad building, integrate vendor datafeeds, and so much more.

It’s actually a suite of tools, all based on ultra-smart methodologies.

Relevancy and Quality Score are the keys to SpeedPPC - they are vital for your campaigns’ success. That means tight-knit relationships between your keywords, ads and landing pages.

The application is simple to use. Simple to get results. If there was one piece of software that reduced the most amount of work and still created the best returns, SpeedPPC is it.

If you are doing Pay Per Click, your cost, return, and ultimate success is dependent on creating ads triggered by the right keywords, and paying the least possible CPC for those keywords. SpeedPPC is the first and only system that creates a perfectly optimized coupling between all these elements, giving you the lowest possible CPC.

Article Marketing and Bum Marketing

Article marketing has become one of the most talked about strategies for Internet marketing lately. As one of the chief components in the bum marketing, and its newfound popularity is due to two significant characteristics: it's free, and it works.

Article marketing provides Internet marketers with two important benefits. First, it creates wider exposure for the author and their website. Secondly, it provides valuable inbound links or IBL's.

Just like the other bum marketing strategies, article marketing is all about numbers. It's effectiveness relies on consistent and ongoing effort. A single article has limited benefit, however daily submissions have an overall benefit greater than the sum of its parts.

Maximizing your article submission strategy means targeting a single keyword or phrase, one per article. It's equally important to optimize each article, similar to each page in a website. In fact, each article acts as a one-page mini site.

You optimize an article for the search engines the same way you would for a web page. Put your keyword or phrase in the article title, as the beginning of the first paragraph, the beginning of the last paragraph, and for the anchor text in your link or resource box.

By following a few simple steps, you will gain maximum return for your effort. As part of a multipronged approach, article marketing becomes an extremely effective and inexpensive technique in your arsenal.

How to create a better sales page!

In internet marketing and affiliate marketing, creating a good sales page can be difficult, tedious, even costly, and we’re usually all too eager to get it uploaded and working. But certainly we understand it’s importance. So you have your graphics done professionally, and eventually you’re happy with your sales copy.

If you’re selling something directly, be it your own info-product, membership, or service, your sales page is arguably the most important thing there is. A great product is worthless if no one buys it. Traffic? Useless if it doesn’t convert.

All too often, we settle for “good”, then don’t understand why our businesses fail to really take off. If you plan to succeed in the Internet Marketing world, “good” isn’t enough. In fact, “Good” is the enemy of “Great”.

Most Internet Marketers - myself included! - are guilty of leaving it there. After all, good is good, right?

It isn't hard to go from “Good” to “Great!”. Often, it’s simply a matter of degrees and small steps.

Be VERY careful with your use of fonts, colors, and formatting. Never use fully-saturated red, even for those main headlines. If you’re using red, use a slightly darker red. Avoid primary colors altogether. Don’t use a lot of colors in your text. If you want to differentiate, use different shades of your headline and body text colors. Limit your width, it’s a strain to try and read back and forth across the entire screen. Limit your emphasis so that they really emphasize something. Having to much bolded, underlined, italicized text is hard to read and dilutes their significance. Use “whitespace” liberally, but no so much that the sales page looks “chunky” from far away.

It’s easy to get caught up in sophisticated messaging, overly-complex USP’s (”Unique Selling Proposition”), etc. Print out the text of your sales page, and read it out loud to yourself. If you can, have someone much older & much younger than you read it aloud as well. Take note of the parts that are stumble over, or don’t sound clear and easy to understand.

What’s your message? Does it take six screens of text to get it across? If your visitor has to scroll and scroll and scroll… it’s probably too long. While “long form” sales pages have become rampant, most of them are far longer than they could - or should - be. In the off-line world of sales, we have the concept of the “elevator story”. If whatever you’re offer’s USP can’t be stated in the 30 seconds you have next to someone on an elevator ride, you’re in trouble. Of course you have more than 30 seconds on a sales page… or do you? The fact is, the longer your sales page, the more visitors will abandon it.

How To Expand Google Adwords PPC Reach

A common mistake that is usually made by newer pay-per-click marketers are warned about is targeting too many countries when they’re creating their campaign settings. After all, language, dialect, and preferences will vary greatly from country to country, so by running ads for your latest “Guide To Cactus Growing” ebook in Iceland is completely pointless.

With that being said there are certain products and services with markets outside the U.S. which have little competition and a demand that is unmet. Along with the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia, you also want to test ads in other countries where your product or service could be useful, because English is widely used in many countries.

Another way to expand your reach is to have your ads and landing pages translated into different languages so you can sell to countries where few people speak English.

Pay Per Click Strategies For Internet Marketers

PPC strategies abound. A quick perusal of Internet Marketing products will turn up hundreds if not thousands of ebooks, programs, courses, and the like, designed to help you become more effective in your Pay Per Click efforts.

I recently wrote a series of articles for Associate Programs excellent PPC website, payperclicksearchengines.com

One of the strategies I wrote about is the idea of using "self-qualifying" headlines. I wrote up a real-life case study.

In this case study, I talked about a campaign I ran that was getting great click-through rates (CTR's), but lousy conversions.

I decided to use a "self-qualifying" headline: I put the price right in the headline of the ad!

The result was far fewer clicks, but the clicks I did get were much, much higher quality. In fact, I boosted my conversions by 880%!

You can use "self-qualifying" headlines for any product-pitch ad. Try it, you'll find your overall conversion ratio go through the roof!

UPDATE

You can now purchase "The Ultimate IM Toolchest", the last Internet Marketing product you will EVER need - and it's only $27!!

What is Pay Per Click Marketing & How Does it Work?

Pay Per Click (PPC) Marketing is a method of bringing visitors to your website by using an advertisement that you only pay for when someone clicks through to visit your site. Pay Per Click marketing is the most direct marketing strategy ever invented and places you in the list where you want to be.

How Does Pay Per Click Marketing Work?

1. You create your own page title, description of the page and links that you would like to be viewed in the search results.

2. Enter the keywords and phrases that will make your listing appear.

3. Enter the amount you are willing to pay for every click on the keyword that directs to your site.

4. The amount you set on a keyword is compared to other bidder's for the same keyword. The results are then returned and the highest bid appears first.

This is how Pay Per Click Marketing works!

Increase Your PPC Click-Through Rate

Determining how much you pay for each Pay Per Click is important. However, what you do to improve your CTR does not result in decreasing conversions.

One of the best ways to increase our CTR is to increase the quality of those clicks, which in result boosts our conversion rates.

The following tips will help in increasing your PPC Click-Through Rate:

  • Display URL - A significant URL plays a critical part in the Quality Score calculation, that determines the cost per click.
  • Symbols - Using symbols can add credibility and create visual impact.
  • Whitespace - In PPC, sometimes less is more. When your ad shows up crowded on a search page, whitespace.
Following these tips will increase your click through rate, and also improve the quality of clicks you receive.

Water4Gas? Here's an even BETTER Affiliate Product!!

"The Ultimate HyperMiling Guide" is a hot new report created to take advantage of the incredible "gas prices" niche. The ebook comes with Master Resale Rights, some ebook cover graphics, and a sales page. It's one of the affiliate sales aids for a new Clickbank product called "The ULTIMATE Gas Saver Guide" intended to take advantage of the current "Water4Gas" craze.

(You can find the main "ULTIMATE Gas Saver Guide" product in Clickbank's Marketplace by searching "Water4Gas". There's also some more info, plus how to create your hoplink at Improve Your Internet Marketing)

These guys have gotten it right - no one actually wants to modify their car, it becomes clear that what they really want is a solution to high gas prices.

They have a good shot at what has become Clickbank's best-selling product, even including a water for gas conversion plan product (cleverly called "Water2Gas") included in the ultimate gas saver guide.

There is also a niche blog for the product set up Gas For Less Money.

With gas prices showing no sign of slowing, it's no big surprise that "Water4Gas" is Clickbank's best selling product. However it's now become oversaturated with affiliates. "The ULTIMATE Gas Saver Guide" is a better product and will likely have far fewer returns.

It pays 75% of its $47 price tag, coming out to about $33 for each sale.

Traffic for Site Flipping

Site-flipping, or buying & selling sites for profit, has become "all the rage". Unfortunately, many people mistakenly believe 'any' site will sell, or have unrealistic expectations of what they will get for their sites.

One of the most important factors in successfully flipping a site is traffic. Without it, you won't get much for your site.

Pay Per Click (PPC) is a great way to generate quick, strong traffic to a site for flipping. Even though this is "conditional" traffic - meaning when you stop advertising, your traffic slows - it is acceptable for flipping, as long as it is stated clearly.

If you are monetizing your site through product sales or membership fees, there is nothing wrong with using PPC to generate your sales and traffic.

Even if you are monetizing though advertising, such as Adsense, this will work, as long as you can show a profit.

There's an interesting article, part 1 of a series, on our favorite blog "Improve Your Internet Marketing" that goes into site-flipping.

Take a look (and bookmark it so you can read the whole series): Secrets to Website Flipping.

Improving Your Landing Page Quality Score

One of the most important things you can do to lower your CPC (Click-Through Rate) is to raise your "Quality Score" (btw, "QS" is now used by all the major search engines - YSM (Yahoo Search Marketing) and Microsoft Adcenter - not just Google's Adwords).

One of the most important factors in determining Quality Score is your landing page.

Testing has shown that landing pages must contain certain elements in order to get a high QS.

Specifically, if you don't have a "Privacy Policy", "Contacts" page, and "Legal / Disclaimers" page, you will not achieve the highest Quality Score that you can.

Analogy Marketing wrote a post last summer detailing Google's QS Formula. While there have been some changes, it is for the most part still accurate.

Do yourself a favor and study the Quality Score formula, you'll do wonders for your CPC!

Time Spent Learning Versus Time Spent Doing

If you asked me one of the biggest reasons why many people take so long to achieve their success with Internet marketing I would definitely have to say it comes down to a lack of action. Many people spend so much time learning and learning and yet never get around to actually applying any of the knowledge that they have learned. This is possibly because there are so many products out there that seem to position themselves as a magic pill and that just by buying them many beginners think that they will automatically start raking in the big bucks that they see on the sales page they bought from. Sadly, this is not the case and no-one is going to make any money for you but yourself and your own hard work and diligence. [...read more...]

Simple SEO Improvements Will Net Big Gains

Perhaps the most common misconception about Search Engine Optimization, or SEO, is that it is a "Black Art", requiring intimate knowledge of search engine algorithyms and an engineering degree, not to mention months or even years for it to work. Another common but opposite misconception is that once you've built your website, you'll automatically start attracting visitors. Or that once your site has been indexed by the various search engines, you'll get a high ranking in the SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages) for any and every keyword you like. [...read more...]

KeywordSpy - Can You Really See a PPC Advertisers Keyword List?

Anyone doing Internet marketing these days, especially Affiliate Marketing, has seen or heard about Ad Spying software. These programs, such as ZamDoo, Google Cash Detective, AdSpyPro, and Undercover Profits, all work by tracking the ads that appear in search engines for particular search terms. The purpose is to see which ads are being run on a consistent basis, so that you can deduce 'profitable' products and niches. The underlying premise is that since these ads cost money, anyone paying to run an ad consistently must be making money, otherwise they'd stop paying for the ad.[...read more...]

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for Article Marketing
Search Engine Optimization, or SEO, works not only for Websites, but for article marketing as well.Boosting the effectiveness of Bum Marketing means boosting the returns on your articles - namely, how much traffic they bring - you must think of them as miniature Web sites. When you use article marketing, these articles will behave just like, and usually better than your Web sites.Ideally, your articles reach the first page in the SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages), as well as have many backlinks pointing to them, so that someone searching on a topic you submitted an article for will find your article.Of course you should always strive for quality. Whether you are writing them yourself from scratch, modifying PLR articles, or out-sourcing them entirely, an informative, engaging article is better than one that isn’t.Check out this article from the Internet Marketing guru's at Analogy Marketing and their web site Improve Your Internet Marketing!

Using LSI to find "money" keywords

In Pay Per Click, the single most important component is your keywords. Using Google's LSI, you can now find those "money" LSI keywords quickly and easily.

Briefly, LSI works by looking at which words and phrases tend to appear in close proximity to the ’seed’ keyword most frequently. In the example above, LSI says that “affordable weight loss” is almost as relevant to “weight loss” as “weight loss tips” is.

Here is a simple way to find all of the keywords and phrases that are ‘most’ relevant to a given keyword: Google’s “allintitle:” search operator. The words and phrases surrounding your seed keyword are Google's LSI!

You can read an in-depth step-by-step guide at my favorite Pay Per Click marketing blog.

How to Use Google AdWords Keyword Tool in a Way to Get You Hot Keywords By Michael Ullman

While the google adwords keyword tool isn't technically free, it only costs $5, which you get as credit to spend on adwords. This will be the best investment you will make for keyword tools. Think about it. Google is the biggest company in the whole world created for giving data to people who are buying keywords. Google wants to give you the most effective real-time keywords so you will continue to use their services. Why would you want to neglect this resource? Here's how you get the most out of it. First, login to your adwords account, click tools, and then select keyword tool. Search for a broad term in the niche you want to research, and then select "use synonyms" and perform your research. The Google adwords keyword tool will return a list of keywords that have been proven to be relevant by Google standards. Now, take these terms, and put them into the search engine. Take the top 10 websites those terms deliver, then go back to Google adwords keyword tool, click on the site related keywords tab, and enter those 10 sites to get even more keywords. Now, use synonyms for each of these searches and add those keywords to your list. Continue this process over and over again until you get as many keywords as you think are necessary. Now you have a list of keywords that you can use with any other keyword research tools such as Word tracker, keyword analyzer, SEO Elite, and so on to scrape for long tail keyword searches. Niche Research Bonanza!By Michael Ullman

The idea behind niche research is to find a topic or need that you can exploit by offering a product or solution. There are as many methods of niche research are there are niches, some better than others. The objective of good niche research is to find a group that has a common need or desire, big enough to support reasonable sales, yet small enough that there aren't too many 'big guns' going after the same group.
I recently came across what has to be one of the greatest 'niche finders' I have ever seen: 43 Things.
43 Things is a Web 2.0 Social Networking site with a twist: it's based on people making a list of things they want to do ("43 things I'd like to do...")
The site uses a Tag Cloud to represent these 'things' - the more people who list the same thing, the bigger the tag for that thing. In other words, this site gives you a graphical representation of demonstrated niche ideas! This is one big site of people saying in effect: "Here's something I want, or want to do"!
Niche idea's on a Silver Platter!
What's very cool is that you can refresh the page over and over, and watch tags grow and shrink. When I was on the site recently, "Get a Tattoo", "Learn to Play Guitar", and "Learn Massage Therapy" were particularly prominent.
Guess what? Clickbank has Tattoo, Guitar, and Message Therapy products! Not sure what people are looking for? 43 Things will tell you, complete with a relative indicator of just how many people might want the same thing...

How To Increase Opt Ins To Build Bigger Lists By Michael Ullman

If you've been involved with Internet marketing for more than 10 minutes, you've probably heard that "the money is in the list". That is true. If you can build an e-mail list of people who are interested in what you have to offer, you can communicate with them over and over again and continually sell them on the benefits of your products. The result: a lot more sales. In this article I will show you how to build your list with the most powerful list building technique I've ever come across. It involves giving perceived value, and there are three ways to do it. By reading this article, you can use one or all three strategies described and watch your list grow faster than is ever grown.A lot of people use e-books as their main product. Really smart marketers use e-books as incentives to get people to subscribe to the list. Then, once somebody subscribes to the list they have other products that they sell to them. In other words, they give away something that most other people sell. E-books are probably the most often used incentive for enticing people to sign up for lists. That is because e-books are pretty much free to create, or can be outsourced at a very low cost. It's a fair exchange: you want to communicate with them to buy your products, and they want the information in your e-book. This is what was building is all about. In some markets, e-books don't have as high a perceived value as in other markets. A way to get around that is to take your service, and brainstorm a way to offer a free trial for it. It might be a simple as giving them seven days to evaluate your e-book before they need a password to continue looking at. Other ways you can use free trials are to give the first month away of a membership site for free, or creating a trial version of a software to use. Have them sign up to try your trial version, and then continually market to them on upgrading it.Speaking of software, sometimes creating software that is complementary to your product is a great way to build your list fast. For example if you're selling a book on how to market using youtube, you can create a free piece of software to give away that automates adding comments to other peoples videos. Don't know how to create software? There are plenty people on the Internet who will create it for you for very low price. Just do a little digging around to be surprised at how cheap you can get software created for you. Sites such as Rentacoder and Elance that allow you to create inexpensive but professional products. There are many additional, free resources for tips & tricks to leverage these strategies, such as Improve Your Internet Marketing. In conclusion, the best way to the lists is to give them something of high perceived value that they would normally have to pay for to get. If you're willing to take the initial time up front to create this product and give it away, you will reap the rewards by getting high sign-up rates. Then do some simple e-mail marketing to them, and since you have a bigger lists, you also get bigger profits.Michael Ullman is President of Analogy Marketing, a leading NY-based Internet Marketing firm, and a Google Certified Professional. Keyword Research - A Secret Trick Most People Don't Know By Michael Ullman

If you're going to enter into any niche, you should start broad, then go narrow. This ensures you won't miss important keywords. For example, let's say you were going to do keyword research for dieting tips. To start broad, we'd want to research a term like diet. We are not looking for just keywords with diet in them however, because search engines like Google also analyze relevancy by latent semantic indexing (LSI). What LSI means is that search engines check for similar terms related to diet to determine how relevant the content website is.To take advantage of LSI properly, do a Google search for diet, but put a tilde (~) in front of the term, so search would look like this: ~diet. Google will return related words in bold such as weight loss, recipes, wheat, meal, eating and foods. Notice the difference from these words and words you'd find in a thesaurus. If you're doing keyword research properly, your best to use terms that search engines tell you are relevant, and not what a thesaurus suggests. You can then take each of these terms, and do another tilde search, and write down more related words that pop up. By going through broader words into more specific words, you'll be sure not to miss any words related to your keyword, and also have a list of an exact vocabulary to use in your pages to ensure Google will evaluate your content as being highly relevant. In conclusion, the strategy I have given you something you should use every time you're going to do keyword research for a new niche. While this is not the only strategy you should employ, it is the best one to use for getting a list of terms to look at and consider as traffic sources. The next logical step would be to determine how many users are searching for each of those terms, and then locating ones with high searches so you can optimize for not just the keyword, but related keywords that the search engines also place value upon.Michael Ullman is President of Analogy Marketing, a leading NY-based Internet Marketing firm, and a Google Certified Professional. How to Use Google AdWords Keyword Tool in a Way to Get You Hot KeywordsBy Michael Ullman

If you still need more words, you can take the list you returned from the other keyword tools, and then bring them into the Google adwords keyword research tool. You can also use the Google traffic estimator as a guide to see which terms have the highest searches.
In conclusion, if you're not using the Google adwords tool as I have described above, you're missing out on some very important keywords.

SpeedPPC - Most Powerful PPC System Available

SpeedPPC is possibly the single application responsible for more of our revenue than any other. So much so that once we got our arms around it, we brought in another full-time assistant just to free up more time to take advantage of it's incredible power!First things first: I do not write about anything unless I can speak about it knowledgeably. Second, I DO NOT recommend or promote anything I don't believe in. If it's not something I currently use, have used, or have learned about from a legitimate, reliable source, I won't write about it at all.As PPC affiliate marketers, we always have to be on the lookout for tools and methods that will help us keep a competitive edge. SpeedPPC is a software program and system that claims to 'revolutionize' Pay Per Click affiliate marketing. We all hear similar claims on a daily basis, but decided to take a look. It was a decision that has fundamentally changed my outlook, my business, and my prospects as an affiliate marketer. As a successful Internet Marketer for over 5 years, I will be the first to tell you there are no "magic bullets". Successful affiliate marketing requires understanding and intelligent application of effective tactics.Further, let me say plainly that SpeedPPChttp://www.improveyourinternetmarketing.com/speedppc-most-powerful-ppc-system-available-plus-exclusive-discount/">SpeedPPC> is NOT a the place to first enter the affiliate marketing business. I would NOT recommend it unless:You are already set up with Adwords and at least one affiliate program, such as Commission Junction or Clickbank; You have already created at least 2-3 campaigns from scratch yourself; You understand the concepts of adgroups, match types, and Quality Score;Since that time, we've gotten involved with Jay Stockwell, the developer of the application. As a result of our experience and success with PPC in general and SpeedPPC specifically, we were asked to moderate the SpeedPPC Members Forum, something we now do.We decided to try and leverage our position - and so we approached Jay Stockwell to ask that in return for moderating his forum, he allow us to offer our readers something special. And boy did he!You can now get a Private, Exclusive, and Limited Time discount of $100 off the price of SpeedPPC and purchase it for just $397 - less than we paid!Click Here for the link to this Exclusive and Limited Time SpeedPPC Discount!Michael Ullman is President of Analogy Marketing, a leading NY-based Internet Marketing firm, and a Google Certified Professional. Learning from the WORST…A common bit of good advice is to learn from what works. So whenever I come across a great salesletter, I try to take something away: a cleaner layout, better use of graphics, and especially great copy. Like many of you, I keep a swipe-file open to save good copy when I come across it.While a great salespage can be invaluably instructive, there is also a lot to be learned from BAD salespages.[Read more →]

Free Ad Spying and Keyword Tracking

I just came across HexaTrack - a FREE Ad Spying and Keyword Tracking application. Back in early 2007, a number of applications gave birth to “Ad Spying” - automated tracking of PPC ads over time to see which ones ran consistently, the idea being that nobody would pay to run ads indefinitely if they weren’t profitable. The premise is a good one, though all of us who jumped into it quickly found that simply copying long-running ads wasn’t all there was to it. Still, Ad Spying works, and there are many benefits to tracking the competition. [Read more →]

How To Brand Yourself An Internet MarketingBy Michael Ullman

There are two kinds of branding -- profitable and unprofitable. I'm profitable branding usually involves being entertaining at the sake of diluting the message. This branding often occurs because people are too afraid to ask for the sale, so they take the easy way out: they entertain you and make you laugh, and at the end they slip in a little blurb about the product they are selling.
Profitable branding means creating a brand that people will instantly link to your product in a positive way. For example, if you're branded as a no-nonsense kind of person, and you're selling a product, other no-nonsense kind of people who are interested in that product will be more attracted to your message than someone else's. Or, if you're branded as being first in the marketplace in something, you instantly will be perceived as being better simply because you're first..... [read more]

If you would like to start making money on the Internet, but have had trouble doing so, then this article was written for you. Specifically in this article we'll talk about three major stumbling blocks for making money and the Internet. They deal with the areas of information overload, competition and mindset. After reading this article you should be able to develop a strategic plan to avoid these problems which keep many Internet marketers from succeeding. Most new marketers suffer from “analysis paralysis”. In other words there are so many moneymaking opportunities on the Internet, it's hard to decipher which ones are worth your time and which aren't. In fact some of the information you come across directly contradicts information from another source. Who is right? You must find out yourself through trial and error. The best way to avoid information overload is to set some goals with your Internet business. That way when you come across a new article, or product you will know if it fits into your business plan or not. Without a plan, you try to go in too many directions at one time. [read more]

Keyword Spy ReviewBy Michael Ullman

Keyword Spy can cut the time it takes to build a keyword list down from hours or days to a matter of seconds. One of the best features is that their return for results happens instantaneously. Most keyword tools take minutes to hours to return results, but you never have to wait when using Keyword Spy. Simply put in a term like flowers, and it will return all the competitors on Google who are bidding on the term flowers. Then you can look at each competitor, and find out all the keywords with the word flowers they are bidding on. In a matter of moments, you can get someone's whole adwords keyword list -- sometimes having more than 27,000 terms!
You can export these terms with one click of a mouse button. This is another strong point with using this tool. [ read more]

For tips and tricks on creating a niche using ad spying visit Improve Your Internet Marketing's website. For me, the most challenging aspect of Internet marketing is finding and researching niches that I can actually make money in. How do you go about finding a good niche? How do you do research? What criteria makes a niche “good”? I get asked a lot by friends who are just starting out. A “good” niche should have multiple opportunities to sell, enough interest to make it worth pursuing, and of course low enough competition to make it viable.
